The Las Vegas Aces announced late last week the addition of Avery Warley-Talbert to a 2020 training camp contract. The invite comes after one of her most successful overseas seasons yet.

The 32-year-old played for Turkish League KBSL with top clubs Cankeya and Izmit an has averaged a double-double in 10.4 points and 9.9 rebounds while shooting 60-percent from the field this season. Warley-Talbert's resume also holds extensive experience playing professionally in Israel.
Warley-Talbert's WNBA career began in 2012 when she was signed by the Phoenix Mercury as a free agent appearing in 28 games that season averaging 3.1 points and 5.7 rebounds. The six year vet then went on to play briefly for the New York Liberty in 2013 before getting signed by the Chicago Sky. Warley-Talbert returned to New York where she remained until 2016.
In 2014, she started 23 games for the Liberty averaging 4.2 points, 3.8 rebounds in 16 minutes per game. In 2016, she saw action with the San Antonio Stars and the Atlanta Dream. The six-foot-three forward did not play in the WNBA in 2017 and 2019, but did make a three game appearance with the Liberty early in the 2019 season.
The Washington DC native brings a veteran mentality to training camp able to compete at the highest levels. The Aces also announced the addition of top young Russian forward Raisa Musina to training camp. Musina was originally drafted by the Phoenix Mercury but has not yet made an appearance in the WNBA.
