I listened to a bunch of 90s music with some current college students last night. None of them knew any of it. It was one of the saddest moments of my life.

Send a fruit basket to Josh Reddick, who blasted a no-doubter off Orioles reliever Pedro Araujo with the bases loaded in the bottom of the seventh. Houston won, 10-6, and we covered our Tuesday runline. (The Cubs-Reds game was postponed.)
Streak alert! We've now won six in a row, including a 3-game Sunday card and a play in the national championship game. Today, we're looking for our seventh in a high-profile baseball game out west.

Mariners at Giants, 7:15 p.m. EST
Felix Hernandez (1-0, 0.00 ERA, 1 Start) vs
Johnny Cueto (0-0, 0.00 ERA, 1 Start)
Total: 7.5
There's a lot of reasons to like the under in this game, and it's not just because of the two guys on the mound. Yes, King Felix and Cueto are two outstanding pitchers who don't give up a lot of runs. Yes, both combined to pitch 12 and a third in their respective openers and did not allow a run. All that is great, if you're looking to play an under.
It's actually the other factors around this game that have pushed me to take a side on this total, though. This is an interleague game in San Francisco, meaning the Mariners won't have a DH available. Even if they did, Nelson Cruz won't be available to play. Neither will catcher Mike Zunino. Both are on the 10-day DL.
In Monday's game between these two clubs, there were 10 runs on 21 hits. I like to look for regression plays in baseball, where I'm fading the action of the previous day. This certainly qualifies. Take the under.
Pick: Mariners/Giants Under 7.5
