Penn State whomped Utah in the NIT championship Thursday night, denying us one last cover alongside Utah's nice postseason run.

San Francisco at North Texas (-4), 7:00 p.m. EST
Total: 140.5
No, this isn't deja vu that you're feeling. It's just the books failing to adjust a line down far enough.
Look, this series has been low-scoring through the first two games, with scores of 134 in the first game and 124 in the second. The only real reason to think the total will over the posted 140.5 is the law of averages, and that's not even close to enough of a reason to discount the series history. So why hasn't Vegas moved the line down further?
Free Pick Flashback: We just hit this CBI totals play two days ago
This is one of those rare cases where the books feel squeezed regardless of where they adjust the line. If they go too far down, they get banged on contrarians playing the other side; if they don't move it at all, they're setting themselves up to get gashed on another under play.
Take advantage in this spot. Win or lose, San Francisco's slower style of play has paced this CBI championship series, and there's no good reason to believe that will change in tonight's decisive Game 3.
Pick: San Francisco/North Texas Under 140.5.
