Both rookies should be owned in your league, and if you have one, you are trying to figure out if you should start them this week.
Let's start with Cooper Kupp.
The rookie out of Eastern Washington has 9 catches for 126 yards and a touchdown this season, with two catches of 20 yards or more. He's fourth behind Sammy Watkins, Todd Gurley and Robert Woods with those 9 catches and tied for third with Watkins behind Gurley and Woods with 14 targets.
Kupp represents 15 percent of the team's catches and 16.9 percent of the team's targets. Kupp scored 13.6 points in week one but has scored jut 5 total points since.
Kenny Golladay, meanwhile scored 18.9 fantasy points (non-PPR) in week one, but has just 3.3 points in the two weeks combined since.
The NIU rookie has 7 catches for 102 yards and two touchdowns, with most of the production against Arizona in week one. He's fourth on the team with 7 receptions, behind Golden Tate, Theo Riddick and Eric Ebron.
Tate is far and away the most targeted receiver, with 21 catches on 27 targets. Golladay is tied with Ebron for third in total targets (15), behind Tate and Riddick (19), just a couple ahead of Marvin Jones (13).
Golladay represents 10.1 percent of the team's catches and 14 percent of the team's targets.
Cooper Kupp is the safer starter. He's going to get more looks on a consistent basis and is going to score some points in the weeks to come. While he hasn't put up big numbers yet, he sees a decent percentage of the team's targets.
Kenny Golladay is the riskier play, but has the potential to have a huge day like he did in week one. He doesn't get as may looks as Detroit has more passing options than L.A., but he's worked his way into the third or fourth receiving option.
Now it's up to you to decide — take the gamble on a big game from Golladay, or make the safer play with Kupp.
