For the second year in a row, the Las Vegas Aces and Zappos.com are partnering in conjunction with local area high school teams for the Lace Up Mentorship Program.
The Lace Up Mentorship Program is back for year ✌️
We will be selecting 3 CCSD High School Girls basketball teams to mentor! That's right, you could have the Aces as mentors!

This is a tremendous opportunity for the local girl's basketball teams from 9th-12th grade to engage and learn from some of the best role models in the world. And let's be honest, now more than ever, we need more engagement between local teams and professional female athletes.
Invites were sent out to all local Clark County School District girls basketball teams in mid-November. Three teams will be selected for the 2020 year and will be based on an application process that is due by December 10, 2019. Each team is required to write an essay and provide a letter of recommendation as to why their team should be selected. The finalists will be announced in mid-December.
The teams who are selected will have one-on-one access to the Las Vegas Aces team and players, post-game socials and meetings with the Aces, camp and clinic access and in-game recognition during home games. The program also includes various educational workshops surrounding recruiting, college, professional development and financial advice. The Aces and the three high school teams will also partner for a local community service project.
