The NBA and WNBA have teamed up with Fanatics to announce the product launch of league-wide face coverings in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic. In these uncertain times, why not rock your favorite team on your mask?
All league proceeds from sales of the masks will go towards Feeding America in the U.S. and Second Harvest in Canada. The masks aim to continue to help slow the spread of the virus.

The masks will be available on NBAStore.com and WNBAStore.com and will have masks for all of the 30 NBA teams and 12 WNBA teams. Masks come in two sizes for adults and youth sizes and are offered in a pack of three for $24.99. Customers have the option to purchase masks individually for $14.99. Industry Rag and FOCO are manufacturing the masks and will donate one mask for every one purchased to Feeding America and Second Harvest in Canada.
"As a global community, we can all play a role in reducing the impact of the coronavirus pandemic by following the CDC's recommendation to cover our nose and mouth with in public," said NBA President of Social Responsibility and Player Programs Kath Behrens per release. "Through this new product offering, the NBA and WNBA fans can adhere to these guidelines while joining in te league's efforts to aid those who have been directly affected by COVID-19."
"The COVID-19 pandemic has upended food bank operations causing shifts in distribution models and volunteer opportunities," said Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at Feeding America Katie Fitzgerald. "We are grateful to the NBA, WNBA and Fanatics for this partnership that will support food banks with funds but also with much needed face coverings to keep their staff, volunteers and neighbors safe."
