The Sparks have yet to hire a General Manager after Penny Toler was fired this past fall following issues surrounding a locker room incident. Toler has since filed a lawsuit against the organization. Assistant General Manager Michael Fischer has been pivotal in the day-to-day decision making, he served as Director of Basketball Operations prior to 2018.
