Little known fact: Megastar Michael Strahan–the NFL Hall of Famer and the replacement for Regis Philbin who has proven to be a great morning show co-host with Kelly Ripa–played college football at the FCS/I-AA level for Texas Southern University. Strahan was so dominant at Texas Southern that he drew double teams throughout his entire career and was named an all-american, setting him up for a long and successful sack-filled NFL career with the New York Giants.

Well, Mr. FCS (B-Mac) had a chance to catch up with Mr. Strahan on Thursday morning, and one of the questions asked was the obvious one that is on the minds of all FCS fans right about now.
No, not whether Ripa is that peppy all the time, but the important question … who is going to win the FCS title game? North Dakota State or Jacksonville State?
Here's Strahan's response to HERO Sports senior writer Brian McLaughlin.
STRAHAN: "I haven't had the chance to keep up with both of them this year, as far as saying who is going to win the game. But they both always seem to be in the running every year. That's a testament to the programs. And North Dakota State? Geez, they are there every year. I always root for the underdog, but I'm thinking North Dakota State should be proud of themselves for being in the championship game again. I just want to say this to the players–it's a privilege to play football and one day it's going to be over. I just hope those guys appreciate everything this week and both teams have a lot of respect from me."
Not exactly a prediction, but hey … it's Michael Strahan talking FCS football. Can't beat that, eh?
