It’s time for a look at some of the top performances of the week around D1 Women's Track and Field – the nominees for HERO of the Week!
The only way to vote is the poll at the bottom of the page. Once you’ve made your voice heard, be sure to share with friends so they can vote as well, and check back next week to see who won. Polls close Tuesday at noon Pacific, so be sure to get your vote in on time!
With 78.23 percent of last week's vote, you named LSU junior Morgan Schuetz your D1 Women's Track HERO of the Week! She ran a 2:02.29 in the 800 meter at the LSU Alumni Gold meet. Finished second to pro (and former LSU All-American) Charlene Lipsey, and beat out a few other pros as well. Her time qualified her for the US Olympic Trials.
Nice job, Morgan!
