Last season Trae Riek rushed for 796 yards in just eight games, breaking a program record posting 5.6 yards per carry. He also scored seven touchdowns.
In four different games, Riek rushed for over 100 yards. Numbers likese these don't lie: Riek is a big-play back.
"Any success that I had last year was not possible without my offensive line and receivers for starters," Riek said. "I think I had a decent year that could have been better with more experience."
In two games this year, Riek has rushed for 190 yards and two touchdowns while adding 117 yards and a touchdown as a pass catcher. Talk about dual threat.
