Michigan shot up from the 5-seed thanks to their second straight Big Ten Tournament title, a three-game run that included victories over two projected 2-seeds, Michigan State and Purdue. That trio leads only four Big Ten teams in the projected field, or less than half the number of ACC teams (nine).
Elsewhere, Lipscomb punched their first-ever tournament ticket and are a 15-seed in the Midwest Region, where they'd face Michigan State in the First Round. And Radford is dancing for the first time since 2009 thanks to an incredible buzzer-beating win over Liberty.
Last Four In: Providence, USC, Alabama and Louisville
First Four Out: Nebraska, Utah, Marquette and Baylor
