Trae Young scored 44 points on 11-for-20 shooting in Oklahoma's two-point win vs. Baylor on Jan. 20. The freshman point guard scored 18 of his points from beyond the arc, where he hit six of 11 attempts. Oklahoma hasn't won since and Young has been colder than the Sooners in the 2016 Final Four.

The only non-vomit-inducing shooting performance from Young over the last two weeks was a 32-point effort in a two-point loss to West Virginia on Feb. 5. He shot 10-for-20 from the floor, including 4-for-10 from three. In the one game prior and four games that followed, he's been completely inept from deep.
He went 2-for-14 vs. Texas, 1-for-8 vs. Iowa State, 0-for-9 vs. Texas Tech and 3-for-10 vs. Texas. That's 6-for-41, or 14.6 percent. Even the 2016 Sooners shot 22.2 percent from deep in their 44-point loss to Villanova in the national semifinal.
BRACKETOLOGY: Teams With Most Quadrant 1 Wins
Young's slump included 21 straight misses. Twenty-one straight misses.
Oklahoma is suddenly 16-10 overall and, at 6-8, buried in the Big 12 standings. And while they're not in danger of missing the NCAA Tournament, thanks to six Quadrant 1 wins on their NCAA Team Sheet, the Sooners and Trae Young have some real issues.
