UCLA's Facilities department may want to hire Cody Riley as a part-time worker next year.
Riley is a four-star power forward recruit from Sierra Canyon High School in nearby Chatsworth. He committed to UCLA in October, picking Steve Alford's team over Arizona, Kansas and others. But not only do the Bruins have the the 6-foot-8, 240-pounder's on-court muscle to look forward to, they can also use his maintenance skills.
During a recent game, Riley threw down a thunderous dunk that broke the backboard's foundation, making it unusable until moved back into place. No worries, Riley and teammate Marvin Bagley, Rivals' top-ranked player in the 2017 class, are multi-talented.
(The dunk happens immediately, the fixing happens after some discussion at 2:30.)
