The time has come to vote for who you believe deserves the honor of HERO of The Week for their performance in last week's swim and dive competitions at the D1 level for men.
Voting takes place in the poll below, and once you have done so, make sure you share with your friends to get your favorite candidate the most votes as possible. Voting will close at 11 a.m. PST on Friday.
If you have a nominee for future installments, make sure to tweet them out to @HEROSportsHOTW with the hashtag #HEROSwim. Without further ado, let's get to it!
Townley Haas, Texas
The Richmond native and 2016 Rio Gold Medalist (4x200m Free) was golden again in a meet with Arizona, taking home the titles for 200 and 500 Free.
Brooks Fail, Arizona
This Wildcat did anything other than what his last name might imply, finishing no worse than fourth in any of his three races. While he did not win two of the events, he did claim the title in the 1000 Free against Texas.
William Pisani, Florida State
Racing only one event for the 'Noles versus FAU, Pisani can come away batting 1.000 after he won the 200 Free. Besides just winning, he also set a season best time, clocking in at 1:39.86.
Maxwell Boehnlein, Green Bay
Boehnlein specializes in the breaststroke for the Phoenix and was at the top of his game when taking on heated rival Milwaukee over the weekend. The freshman took home two victories in the 100 and 200 Breast, boosting his season win total to three.
Rodolfo Aguilar-Fernandez, Oakland
Having not raced in the pool for nearly two months, Aguilar-Fernandez didn't seem to miss a beat with two wins against Cleveland State. Both victories came in the freestyle at 200 and 500 yards.
