The time has come to honor the best tennis players in the country at the D3 level with the honorees for HERO of The Week. Each week we will have a list of nominees for you to vote for that stood out in competition over the week prior.
Voting will take place in the poll at the bottom of this article following the list of nominees. Voting only takes place in the poll, and the voting will close on Friday at 10:00 a.m. PST for each poll.
Without further ado, here are the nominees for HERO of The Week!

Logan Pepperl, Colorado College
Pepperl was a big winner for CC against Wooster as the fourth singles pairing of the dual match. The standout won in straight sets, limiting his opponent to just one game total.

Zain Ali, Tufts
After winning the first set against his opponent from South, Ali quickly dropped the second by a score of 1-6. But the Jumbos standout responded to clinch the third and final set.

Matthew Ryan, Salisbury
Much like the NFL player that bears his name, Ryan was cool under pressure with a big straight set win over his foe from Occidental. The Seagulls standout limited his opponent to just one game overall.

Brandon Davis, Rutgers-Newark
Davis led the day off for Rutgers-Newark in dynamic fashion with a straight set victory. In both sets, the standout won in 6-2 fashion.

Harry Shepherd, Washington & Lee
Shepherd got things started against Mary Washington with a big upset victory. Taking down the 49th ranked player in D3, the win marks the sixth straight for Shepherd.

Nikolai Parodi, Claremont-Mudd-Scripps
Parodi was one of the biggest winners for CMS in a 9-0 sweep over Amherst. Parodi started the day off by beating the 22nd-ranked player in D3 in three sets. Following a first set loss, the CMS standout was able to rebound with two straight clinchers.
