No. 5 Clemson vs. No. 12 New Mexico State
No. 5 West Virginia vs. No. 12 Murray State
We start with two back-to-back 5-12 matchups. Over the last 10 years, No. 12 seeds are an impressive 19-21. Furthermore, a 12-seed has upset the five 16 out of the last 18 years. On day one, Kentucky and Ohio State took care of business, leaving only Clemson and West Virginia to possibly fall in the ever-dreaded matchup.

No. 8 Missouri vs. No. 9 Florida State
It may be the last time you get to see one of the best college basketball players to only play less than a handful of games. Regardless of the outcome tomorrow, Michael Porter, Jr, will go in the lottery in this year's NBA Draft. Florida State, as is the case most years, is a long rangy team that likes to slash and take it to the rim. This game may come down to three-point shooting. Florida State is near the bottom in defending against the long ball, Missouri shoots 38 percent from three.

No. 4 Wichita State vs. No. 13 Marshall
Speaking of threes, if 2pac was a basketball player, he'd be on Marshall. The Thundering Herd live by the three and die by the three, shooting the eighth most threes in college basketball. Marshall's head coach is Dan D'antoni, brother of Houston Rockets head coach Mike D'antoni–who knows a thing or two about letting it fly. If Marshall can get it going it may be a long game for Marshall–Gregg that is–the head coach for Wichita State.

No. 7 Nevada vs. No. 10 Texas
This is one of the most intriguing matchups. Nevada is the best mid-major team and has a bunch of 6-5 to 6-9 guys who all play every position on the court. The Wolf Pack's designated big man, Jordan Caroline, will sometimes bring the ball up the court to start the offense. On the other side, Shaka Smart does what he does best, and that's play defense. Mo Bamba can and will challenge every shot in the paint and the folks down in Austin are playing for a lot more than just basketball.

No. 7 Texas A&M vs. No. 10 Providence
Providence comes into this game with a bunch of confidence having beaten top-seed Xavier a week ago and taking another top-seed Villanova into overtime.Texas A&M, on the other hand, lost four out of its last seven including a first-round exit in the SEC championship. These are two well-balanced teams with NBA talent that should make for a fun and entertaining game.

No. 7 Arkansas vs. No. 10 Butler
Arkansas has one of the best offenses in the nation, and Jaylen Barford and Daryl Macon can drill it from deep. Butler’s Kelan Martin scored more than 10 points in 31 of 33 games. This one has shootout written all over it. Get your popcorn and enjoy.

No. 1 Xavier vs. No. 16 Texas Southern
Texas Southern loaded up in the preseason and went 0-13. Now they get to put it to the test against Xavier. Although it will do probably very little to stop the Musketeers. Who knows though, Penn scared the begeezus out of Kansas on Thursday.

No. 4 Auburn vs. No. 13 Charleston
Every 4-13 game has been highly entertaining so far. Why would this be any different?

No. 8 Creighton vs. No. 9 Kansas State
Kansas State only knows one way to play and that's close, The Wildcats have either won or lost by single digits in over 50 percent of the team's games. Creighton's Marcus Foster is playing his old team which should create a nice revenge factor for him and the Blue Jays.
