Doug Williams (Grambling) — Super Bowl XXII
Doug Williams and the Redskins blew the Denver Broncos out of the water in Super Bowl XXII, and Williams set records along the way. He was the first player to throw four touchdown passes in one quarter (and one half) of a Super Bowl, and he was the first African-American starting quarterback to win a Super Bowl.
He finished the game 18 of 29 for 240 yards, 4 touchdowns and an interception.
