The 2018 NFL Draft is coming at us quickly now that we have witnessed yet another thrilling National Title Game. The yearly extravaganza will take place in Arlington, Texas, from Thursday, April 26 to Saturday, April 28 this year.
Over the span of three days, a whole host of former college football stars will find new homes where they will hopefully impress during the offseason and make a living playing on Sundays.
COMPARE: Simmie Cobbs (2017) vs. Calvin Ridley (2017)
This video from DEVO Highlights features Indiana WR Simmie Cobbs. Cobbs caught 72 passes for 841 yards and eight touchdowns in 2017 while playing for a team that was not among the elite in the Big Ten. The 6-foot-4, 220-pounder has ideal NFL size and his stock could skyrocket if he is able to run a good 40 time at the combine or at his Pro Day. His performance in catching 11 balls for 149 yards and a touchdown against the vaunted Ohio State defense was an eye-opening one that every NFL general manager will be studying between now and draft day.
