He’s mostly focused on running backs throughout his career. Before going to Temple, he was an associate head coach, running backs coach, and run game coordinator at Texas (2017-21).
He’s also coached running backs with the Chicago Bears (2015-16) as well as at Ohio State (2012-14), Florida (2010 and 2005-07), Syracuse (2009), Tennessee (2008), Mississippi State (2004), Bowling Green (2000), Villanova (1996-99), Penn (1995), Eastern Michigan (1994), and at Allegheny College, his alma mater, in 1993.
He also worked with wide receivers at Ohio State in 2011 and was an offensive quality control assistant and special teams coach with the Green Bay Packers from 2001-03.
