The FCS playoff committee revealed its Top 10 ranking today on ESPN2.
The ranking was based on games so far and was not projecting ahead.
In the 24-team playoff bracket, the top eight teams are seeded with first-round byes.
The committee’s Top 10 today was:
1. South Dakota State
2. Montana State
3. Furman
4. South Dakota
5. Delaware
6. Montana
7. Idaho
8. Sac State
9. Western Carolina
10. UIW
