The "is Joe Flacco elite" question just got a check in the "no" column. While playing a pick-up game with some Baltimore area children recently, Flacco set up one of his receivers to take a big hit over the middle.

After the Ravens posted the gif of Flacco's pass on Twitter, social media users immediately evicerated the quarterback for setting up his receiver across the middle of the field.
Look out Breshad Perriman and Mike Wallace, Flacco's not exactly in mid-season form.
