FCS RECRUITING: CAA Team And Individual Rankings – Sept.

The FCS recruiting picture is going from foggy to a tad bit more in focus, and we at HERO Sports figured we'd begin taking a look at the classes around the leagues.

The Colonial Athletic Association traditionally receives commitments earlier, as a collective, than many conferences in the FCS "Nation". Below, we have team rankings based on we've seen as of Sept. 20, and a Top 25 ranking of the CAA recruits … and below that? The list of all commitments we have been able to verify to CAA schools, including the most recent one we've been able to verify — ATH Jasiah Williams heading to Richmond. Trust us, many more are coming.

Next up? The Big Sky (goal? first week of October).

RANKINGS: MVFC Recruiting Rankings (Sept. 2019)

Ah yes, the team rankings.

So what is this "top half of the CAA" based on so far? Well, numbers of recruits on board (see the complete lists of CAA recruits below the Top 25 players ranking), plus what offers did these recruits have before they committed? Now … this is still super-duper early, and there are several CAA programs that recruit "later" in the cycle because their hotbeds are a bit different (Maine would be one, obviously a very strong program … but they recruit later in the cycle and still win a lot of games, so hey … this ranking is only "half-mast").
