Princeton's Kevin Davidson is looked at as the top pro prospect quarterback coming out of the FCS. With an invite to the NFL Combine, he hopes his stock rises into being a draft pick. If not, he is sure to be a priority free agent. And when that happens, it'll be the third year in a row a Princeton quarterback earns an NFL contract.
Last year it was John Lovett, who switched positions during the draft process to tight end/fullback. He signed an undrafted free agent deal with the Kansas City Chiefs, but suffered a separated shoulder in the first preseason game. The Chiefs decided to place him on the injured reserve.

In 2018, Chad Kanoff signed as an undrafted free agent with the Arizona Cardinals. He made the practice squad and was on the active roster for one week. After a few more stops on practice squads around the NFL, Kanoff is now with the Los Angeles Wildcats of the XFL
While not an NFL contract, you can even go back to Quinn Epperly getting a few rookie minicamp invites in 2015.
It's a big deal whenever an FCS program can say their starting QB got a shot in the NFL. For Princeton to potentially say they've done it three years in a row would be impressive. Davidson looks to make that a reality.
The pipeline of standout quarterbacks at Princeton doesn't appear to be going away anytime soon.
Blaine McAllister was the No. 47 overall FCS recruit in this year's class and the No. 5 QB.
Brevin White was the No. 1 FCS recruit in 2018, a four-star prospect who turned down an offer from Alabama.
