In week 6 of the 2014 season, Oklahoma was ranked #4 in the country as they prepared for a Big 12 showdown versus #25 TCU.
The ESPN College GameDay crew went rogue that morning by having Katy Perry as its celebrity picker for the biggest games on that Saturday.

When it came time to choose the Sooners or Horned Frogs, Perry gushed about then-Oklahoma QB Trevor Knight. Later that afternoon, Knight went just 14 of 35 with two interceptions in a stunning 37-33 upset to TCU in Fort Worth.
Current OU signal-caller Baker Mayfield was asked this week what went wrong with that 2014 team, and he immediately referred to this week 6 meltdown.
He also added another stunning comment.
The Sooners would end the 2014 campaign with a disappointing 8-5 mark, including a 40-6 defeat at the hands of Clemson in the Russell Athletic Bowl.
