The 2026 OVC men’s basketball tournament begins March 4, and the college basketball odds favor Tennessee State to hoist the title.
No. 1 seed Tennessee State and No. 2 seed Morehead State both finished 15-5 in the league standings to share the OVC regular-season title. Tennessee State is 21-9 overall, while the Eagles are 19-12 overall.
The Tigers, winning their first OVC regular-season championship since 1994-95, earned the top seed after a tiebreaker. Morehead State has won at least a share of the regular-season title three times in the last four years. Both teams receive byes until the semifinals.
