The Athletic's Dane Brugler updated his quarterback rankings a month before the 2019 NFL Draft. Two FCS signal-callers made his Top 20 QB list.
North Dakota State's Easton Stick ranked No. 12 and Central Connecticut State's Jacob Dolegala ranked 19th.

Easton Stick finished his NDSU career with a 49-3 record as a starter, which is an FCS record. Stick won two national championships as a starter and was named to multiple 2018 All-American teams.
The 6-foot-1, 224-pound Omaha native threw for 8,693 career yards with 88 touchdowns to 28 interceptions. Stick added 2,523 yards rushing and 41 scores.
From the article: "He exudes competitive toughness and razor-sharp intelligence with the winning intangibles that NFL coaches will appreciate. Overall, Stick is one of the most accomplished quarterbacks that the FCS-level has ever produced, but his average arm talent limits his NFL ceiling, projecting as a possible backup in the Connor Shaw mold."

Jacob Dolegala holds CCSU's all-time passing yards record. At 6-foot-6, 235 pounds, Dolegala threw for 8,129 yards, 48 touchdowns and 29 interceptions. He rushed for over 200 yards in both his junior and senior seasons and had 18 career rushing touchdowns as the four-year starter.
Dolegala has really impressed scouts during his Pro Day workouts and has seen his NFL Draft stock rise rapidly in the last month.
From the article: "A light-footed, flexible athlete, he has a quick release and a live arm to sling the football to every level. Aside from the obvious level of competition questions, his accuracy is the main concern. Overall, Dolegala can put the ball on targets when he has a clean pocket to set and throw, but too often he gets scatter-shot with his decisions/placement, making him a practice squad candidate."
