For the third year in a row, Boise State won the Mountain West Championship. Though it wasn’t always clear that the Broncos would be in a position to win the league title in 2025, unlike the year before when star running back Ashton Jeanty powered them to a conference championship and a College Football Playoff berth.
However, Boise State as well as four other Mountain West schools are going to the Pac-12 in 2026. And that leaves opportunities for others to win the league. Thus, those teams have added plenty of talented transfers to be in a position to compete for the league crown.
