Throughout the May-August months, HERO Sports is going to name the best returning FCS player by jersey number, 99-1. Due to rosters being updated at different times for teams across the country and to keep things consistent, jersey numbers are based on the 2019 season.

63: Brian Foley, OL (Sr.) — Holy Cross
Foley has been a mainstay at left tackle for Holy Cross these last two seasons, earning back-to-back First Team All-Patriot League honors.
He was also named the team’s top offensive lineman in 2018 and 2019 along with being a 2018 HERO Sports Sophomore All-American.
The 6-foot-4, 314-pounder helped the Crusaders to a conference championship and a playoff appearance last season.
“They are so tough, and they are elevating everyone around them,” Holy Cross coach Bob Chesney said last season about Foley and Brett Boddy. “They have one speed and one speed only. Those guys are going with everything they’ve got.”
