More than 40 percent of the players on the FCS National Championship rosters of Eastern Washington and North Dakota State are freshmen.
Of the 218 players listed on official rosters entering Saturday's game, 91 are freshmen (both true and redshirt). The rosters, however, are not void of seasoned veterans; the teams have a combined 51 seniors.
