Youngstown State took Pittsburgh to overtime on Saturday, and very nearly came up with its FCS leading 21st all-time victory over an FBS team. The I-AA/FCS level began in 1978, and there have been a ton of those kinds of wins since then — especially when the Penguins played their nearby regional rivals in the MAC.
