Surratt isn't a completely unknown name after being named AP North Carolina Offensive Player of the Year during his senior year of high school. He was the No. 8 dual-threat QB of his class and the UNC coaching staff has been high on his potential.
Surratt would be a project, but if he flashes during spring camp it could be his job. .
