It's always sad to see a human head for the unemployment line, and getting a pink slip as a head coach in the NFL is an all-too-common occurrence. You can even bet on who you think will be the first head coach to be shown the door this year.
It's not much of a surprise that Hue Jackson of the Cleveland Browns is a considerable favorite to get fired first in 2018. He has a career 1-31 record in Cleveland thus far and opens this year with a formidable schedule in hosting the Steelers and traveling to the Saints and Raiders — all in the first four weeks.
If the Browns get off to a horrible start, Jackson very well could be the first NFL head coach to lose his job.
