Three different conferences are represented by the top three teams in the Week 3 Group of Five college football rankings.
Top-ranked Boise State leads both the Mountain West and all Group of Five teams into Week 3. The Broncos and UCF (No. 2) are the only G5 teams ranked inside the top 30 of the Week 3 HERO Sports Top 100. App State ranks third and is the only Sun Belt team ranked inside the top 25 of the G5 rankings and the top 75 of the Top 100 rankings. USF and North Texas round out the top five.
