Nobody has shot up the charts more since the 2016 season ended than North Dakota's Deion Harris. The Minnesota native has been a mainstay in the Fighting Hawks' secondary for two years now, and this past year he received national attention when he returned three interceptions for touchdowns. He had two picks in UND's near win over FBS Bowling Green this past year as well.
