Central Missouri linebacker Kolesen Crane tipped the Hornets' lateral attempt and knocked it around all the way to the end zone. He originally recovered the fumble, but then fumbled it himself. Then he fumbled it and Austin Miller recovered it in the end zone for the win.
It looked a little like Stephen F. Austin's win on a Hail Mary interception touchdown last weekend.
Central Missouri advanced to 3-1 on the season (3-1 in the MIAA), while Emporia State fell to 2-2.
