If you need help getting pumped for the College Football Playoff National Championship, college football is not your sport.
After effortlessly disposing elite teams in the Peach Bowl and Fiesta Bowl, respectively, Alabama and Clemson will battle for the title on Jan. 9 at Raymond James Stadium in Tampa, Florida — a rematch of last year's game won by the Crimson Tide.
The programs have combined for 55 wins over the last two years and 145 since 2011, and either the Tide will add a fifth championship since 2009 or the Tigers will win their first since 1981.
