College Football Teams Who Made the Most (and Least) 2019 Scholarship Offers

Stanford made 78 scholarship offers to 2019 football recruits. Southern Miss made 78 scholarship offers to 2019 defensive line recruits.

Stanford created their 23-man class from only 78 offers, the fewest offers of any FBS program (247Sports). Only three other programs offered fewer than 100 recruits (UCLA, Boise State and Washington). The Cardinal's 29.5-percent commit rate was the highest in the country.

The Golden Eagles, meanwhile, created their 26-man class from 503 offers, the most in the FBS, and had a commit rate of 5.2 percent, seventh-worst.
