Most believe Cook runs second only to LSU star Leonard Fournette at the running back position. Speed, hands and easy change of direction are among Cook's standout attributes.
Cook isn't a true power back and has had some ball security issues but runs well between the tackles and has breakaway speed, suggesting he'd be an immediate difference-maker for Baltimore.
