Dozens of college football teams around the country incorporated Halloween into their weekly routines but some were just better than others. The coaches at Division III powerhouse Mount Union, who hasn’t lost since ‘Nam, put on a WWE performance for the ages.
During Thursday’s practice, the coaching staff choreographed a hilariously accurate show for their players. One by one, coaches emerged from the tunnel as wrestling superstars, starting with head coach Vince Kehres as The Undertaker. Running backs coach Mike Schuff and defensive line coach Tyler Funk followed as the New Age Outlaws, Jesse James and Billy Gunn.
However, it was defensive coordinator Chris Kappas that easily won the session with his impersonation of “Stone Cold” Steve Austin.
