COMPARE: Josh Allen vs. Baker Mayfield

Though draft analysts rarely find common ground and almost never issue identical grades or projections for quarterback prospects, this year's crop of Baker Mayfield, Josh Allen and others have prompted a particularly interesting debate as to who should be selected first. The football world nearly blew up when ESPN's Mel Kiper Jr. projected Allen as the No. 1 pick the Cleveland Browns last week.
The pair — along with Josh Rosen, Sam Darnold and Lamar Jackson — will be watched very closely in the coming weeks as they jockey for draft position. And both Allen and Mayfield were in Mobile, Ala., for the Senior Bowl, where a dueling practice session went Mayfield's way — by a mile.
