Jake Sullivan — South Dakota Mines

Most Impressive Stat: Sullivan led all D2 QBs with 258 total points that included ten rushing touchdowns and 32 through the air.
Best Performance: The senior was an incredible 45 of 60 for 592 yards and accounted for five total scores against New Mexico Highlands.
Why He Deserves Your Vote: The gunslinger averaged a whopping 325.09 yards passing per game and led the country with 3,576 total passing yards.

Isaac Harker — Colorado Mines

Most Impressive Stat: The senior led the division in passing touchdowns with 38 — a full six more than the next closest QB.
Best Performance: The quarterback threw for 425 yards and five touchdowns during an 84-42 win over South Dakota Mines that was tied at 42 late in the second quarter.
Why He Deserves Your Vote: Harker led the Orediggers to a 10-1 record, the no. 4 seed in the playoffs, and was only 3 yards behind Sullivan in total passing yards.

Grayson Willingham — Lenoir-Rhyne

Most Impressive Stat: Willingham averaged a massive 18.99 yards per completion, including a 78-yard TD strike against Tusculum.
Best Performance: He hit on 80 percent of his passes during a 59-27 route of Mars Hill.
Why He Deserves Your Vote: Coming off a 3-7 campaign, Willingham helped the Bears stun the D2 world by going 10-1 en route to clinching a no. 3 seed in Super Regional Two.

Amir Hall — Bowie State

Most Impressive Stat: Hall was third in the country with 318.6 passing yards per game.
Best Performance: As if his season passing stats weren't impressive enough, Hall ran for 148 yards and three scores, including a long of 80, during a 30-10 win over Fayetteville State.
Why He Deserves Your Vote: The senior was not only third in the country in average passing yards per game but total passing yards too. He tied for eighth in passing touchdowns and sixth in points responsible for.

Reece Metcalf — McKendree

Most Impressive Stat: Metcalf threw for 25 touchdowns against only one interception.
Best Performance: The southpaw was 17 of 24 for 391 yards and four touchdowns in a 47-31 win over William Jewell.
Why He Deserves Your Vote: I repeat: He threw for 25 touchdowns against only one INT — on 255 attempts no less.

Brycen Mussina — Shippensburg

Most Impressive Stat: Mussina compiled 3,376 passing yards as a freshman.
Best Performance: The QB threw for 510 yards and four touchdowns against Kutztown.
Why He Deserves Your Vote: In just his first year of action, Mussina completed 254 of 421 passes for 32 TDs — and defenses will have to deal with him for another three years.
