The 2026 Big South men’s basketball tournament begins March 4, and the college basketball odds favor High Point to hoist the title.
No. 1 seed High Point won the regular-season title with a 15-1 mark in league play. This is its third straight No. 1 seed in the Big South tourney and the first conference member with back-to-back-to-back top seeds since Winthrop from 2005-2007.
No. 2 seed Winthrop finished13-3 in the standings. No. 3 seed Radford went 9-7 in the conference.
