No. 86 Dre'Mont Jones
Ohio State – DT
Three Ohio State defensive linemen were selected in the 2018 NFL Draft. Defensive tackle Dre'Mont Jones would've made it four had he left after his redshirt sophomore season.
Jones is a former four-star recruit from Cleveland who redshirted in 2015 and has 72 tackles, nine tackles for loss and one sack over the last two seasons. He's already been an impactful player for the Buckeyes but the best is yet to come for the best No. 86 in college football.
"Dre’Mont Jones has been elite," Urban Meyer said near the end of spring practice. "Even better than he was last year."
Meyer doubled down after the spring game, saying, "The guy that has probably had the best spring of anybody on our team this spring is Dre’ Mont Jones. He was outstanding this spring."
