San Diego State stud running back Rashaad Penny will have one last chance to add to his incredible 2,027 yards rushing in 2017 when his Aztecs take on Army in the Lockheed Martin Armed Forces Bowl on December 23. It's one final audition NFL Draft audition for one of the school's all-time greats.

Just how great of a running back is Rashaad Penny? As a junior in 2016, Penny ran for over 1,000 yards as a backup to the 2,133 gained by starter Donnel Pumphrey. As SDSU's lead back this season, Penny ranks first in total rushing yards and yards per game.

Penny also has one of the season's longest TD runs clocking in at 95 yards during a September upset over Arizona State. He also stood toe to toe with Heisman finalist Bryce Love of Stanford when the two teams squared off earlier this year. Penny blitzed the Cardinal defense for 216 yards rushing on just 18 carries and a score while adding 4 receptions for 38 yards and another TD during his team's 20-17 upset.
