No. 60 Andre Dillard
Washington State – OT
One hundred and twenty-seven offensive tackles were ranked ahead of Andre Dillard in the 2014 recruiting class. Not one offensive tackle is ranked ahead of him as a pass-blocker entering this season.
Of all returning FBS tackles, Washington State's blind-side protector had the highest pass-blocking grade (90.8) in 2017, according to Pro Football Focus. Better than PFF All-American Dalton Risner and better than highly rated 2019 draft prospects Jonah Williams and Michael Deiter. Dillard also had a pass-blocking efficiency of 99.8 percent, sixth among all 2018 draft-eligible linemen.
“I don’t really look at specific accolades to go towards,” the all-conference tackle said in April. “My main goal is to be better than I was before each and every day, practice and every game. But I am shooting high this year.”
Dillard is the best No. 60 in college football and, like Willams and Deiter, a potential first-round pick in the 2019 NFL Draft.
