This is the hardest trivia question yet.
Most knowledgeable college sports fans know the nickname for each school but do they know the actual meaning of the nickname? Do they know what a Golden Flash is? Or what a Jayhawk, Hokie or Zip is?
Again, the nickname, not the mascot. For example, Kansas' mascot is a bird but their nickname itself, the Jayhawks, has nothing to do with birds. A Jayhawk is a fictional bird used to describe individuals involved in real events.
How many of the 130 FBS teams have a bird as their nickname?
An actual bird. That's what makes this question so difficult.
