The Denver Broncos headed into the preseason looking to iron out its running backs depth chart, and Coastal Carolina rookie De'Angelo Henderson is certainly making his case for a spot.

The FCS product is taking quickly to the NFL game, and has put up big numbers through two preseason contests. In his debut against the Chicago Bears, Henderson ran 7 times for 54 yards, including a 41-yard touchdown scamper.

He's catching the eyes of fans and NFL analysts alike, and seems like a lock for a roster spot at this point.
I'm not saying DeAngelo Henderson should be the starting RB in Den… but he's looked the best in camp/games, & it isn't particularly close.

The Broncos also have C.J. Anderson and Stevan Ridley on the roster at running back, and it looks like the trio of those two and Henderson will shoulder the load when the 2017 Broncos finalize their roster.
