When it comes to the FCS, most NFL Draft websites or analysts are in agreement on which prospects are draftable. But there is some difference in opinion on where these FCS players will get selected.
We've used NFLDraftScout's and NFL.com's rankings in previous articles discussing the top FCS prospects in the 2019 NFL Draft. Today, we'll use CBS Sports'.

What we did is go through CBS Sports' position rankings. If an FCS prospect's ranking was good enough to be selected in the 2018 NFL Draft, that's the projected round we used. It's not the perfect method considering the overall strength of position groups varies year to year, but it gives you a good idea on who CBS Sports is high on.
