Despite last season’s struggles and its well-known low program budget, ULM and head coach Bryant Vincent were able to retain some of the team’s top players from a year ago. That includes the starting quarterback and a few defenders who I expect will earn All-Sun Belt nods at the end of the season. There will also be plenty of transfers competing for playing time.
