Jeanty sure had the resume to be worthy of a top-10 pick. WIth 2,601 rushing yards, Jeanty was 28 yards away from breaking the single-season FBS rushing yards record. He also ran for 29 touchdowns on 374 carries, breaking school records for yards, TDs, and rushing attempts.

Ashton Jeanty’s rookie contract will be a four-year, $35.8 million deal, per Spotrac. He’ll also have a $22.7 million signing bonus.
Jeanty’s average annual value of $8.9 million will rank 10th among all NFL running backs. His deal will also have a fifth-year option in 2029.
